It’s hard to believe, but the big day is only 6 days away!  We can’t wait to share our wedding day with friends and family!

To all of our friends and family that joined us this past weekend, thank you! We were truly touched by everyone taking the time out to spend time with us. We also truly appreciate the generosity and beautiful gifts we received. Another big thank you to Monica and Mike for being amazing hosts for the evening! We look forward to the next 3 months of spending time with friends and family! Thank you all so much for the happiness you bring to our lives.

Sometimes you just have to go do something fun…instead of all the other stuff! We had a blast taking a trip up to Alpine Valley yesterday to have some fun on the slopes. It was Birgit’s first time skiing in almost 20 years and my first time back on my snowboard in at least two! Suprisingly, we both did really well and had a ton of fun! Who wants to go next weekend?

…about the coming months leading up to our wedding! We look forward to getting to see so many of our closest friends and family members as we approach our wedding date. We have been very busy finalizing details and making preparations for our special day. Both of us have also been balancing the planning time with work & home obligations, but we’re getting there!
